elcome to Logic 92. My name is Kemble Hildreth and I like to doodle. You could say that I am an avid doodler. I doodle when I study, when I eat, during staff meetings, and during class. My small drawings and depictions are often silly, sometimes nonsensical, and always imperfect and imprecise. I love the perfectly imperfect nature of doodles. To me a doodle is the whimsical expression of a fleeting thought; a doodle does not require exaction precision - a doodle is casual.
Now, I love doodles and always will - but all the doodles I have endeavored upon have lead me to appriciate another form of art. The logo. The logo is the anti-doodle. A great logo is the embodiment of forsight, representation, exacting presicion, and planning. Unlike a doodle a logo often goes through revision after revision. It is not until the graphic has been purified by repisition that it is complete. A doodle is finished almost as soon as it has waltzed out of your brain and onto your paper.
In summary, I love both doodles and logos. I appriciate their complete oppositness. However, this website is not for doodles. Logic 92 is a study on the logo. My goal is to provide a little insight to others, and well as learn a few things myself.
Over the next few months through Dec. 2011 to May 2012 I'll be posting my logo concepts and ideas here! Only logo here so far is the one up there ^^ ;)
